Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- You receive an incorrect product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used, worn, or damaged products caused by improper handling.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or promotional items, where applicable.
Please note that Rudraksha beads are natural products. Minor variations in size, color, texture, shape, and markings are natural characteristics and are not considered defects or valid reasons for return.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact information
- Reason for the return
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective product), we will arrange the return shipment or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost where applicable.
If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
